Boudin noir et toasts Melba accompagné d'un jus de baies

Plat Principal:
Jarret d'agneau braisé, pommes fondantes, légumes rôtis accompagnés d'une sauce bordelaise.
(Braised lamb shank, mashed potatoes, roast veg and gravy)
Dessert:
Tarte au citron meringuée.
(Lemon Meringue Pie)
